My builds start as specs with acceptance criteria. Where a mistake is expensive, I add evals (real cases with known answers) and a person signs off. The model does the work; it doesn’t make the call.

Rental hosts on Smoobu keep hitting the same gaps: cleaning handover, tax exports, smart-lock setup. Hostmade is a free toolkit that closes them.

Glastrix
A Berlin UV print shop. One Next.js site replaced their WordPress site and a separate NFC app: services, gallery, enquiries and NFC business cards in one place.
Enquiries roughly quadrupled within three months, mostly from people who found Glastrix themselves.

Seumi direct booking
A Berlin holiday apartment wanted guests to book direct instead of through Airbnb. Live Smoobu availability, Stripe payments and more than ten languages, without platform fees.
Five repeat guests have booked their next stay here directly, without platform fees.
